METAPROJECTS Private research body (ETS DGR N.20781 Scientific Research) formed by engineers and professionals of the Bologna industry, mainly operates in research and technological innovation for electronic engineering. The advanced twenty-year skills acquired in motion control and power electronics, in sensors, in miniaturized GPS localization systems, in radiofrequency and IoT, were the basis for the implementation of the EXADRONE project in partnership with ENEA Centro Ricerche Brasimone (Exadrone project funded by the Emilia Romagna Region DGR N.545 of 08/04/2019).

In the new Automation and Control Laboratory at the Brasimone Research Center - ENEA, mechatronic design relies on skills in technical physics, aerodynamic design with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation, advanced electronic design, and advanced UAS (drones) are created for monitoring relevant reinforced concrete structures and/or nuclear sites.

METAPROJECTS has been active since 2018 in the research and application of "metamaterials" for radio frequency power. To achieve and support the research objectives, METAPROJECTS carries out outsourcing for private and public companies of electronic design consultancy with predictive simulation, hardware - firmware and software development, product industrialization, certification support.
